Decided that today would be a good day to do some medieval cooking on the front lawn. First recipe was a simple rolled roasted pork leg. Mounted on the spit and slowly cooked over hardwood. These dishes look so appetizing! The pork leg was roasted perfectly. I'm not very familiar with the second dish. I will get the recipe for that. I really want to try new recipes and be adventurous with what I eat. Right now, I'm trying Asian food especially Indian and Japanese food.
